Resourcing & Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for a Resourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to work as part of our HR team, helping us to find amazing talent for exciting opportunities across the business.

Demonstrating exceptional people and administration skills, you’ll be on hand to support branches with crucial cover, help deliver our recruitment process, and find and engage with people to join the Leightons family. Working closely with managers across the business, you’ll ensure we perfectly match the right person with the right role.

You’ll work to a consistently high standard to provide customer-focused administrative support to our network of branches. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and develop a strong understanding of the resourcing needs of the business, to help us to deliver a consistently excellent experience for both staff and customers across all our stores.
