Matt Toffrey
Group Project Manager
Matt is the Project Lead on strategic projects for both Leightons and The Hearing Care Partnership. He works closely with department heads and the business director team to ensure that new initiatives are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
He has been instrumental in launching projects such as the new Hearing Care Service Offering, the online Contact Lens Portal and the new company intranet system.
Matt started in this role in 2021, but has been with Leightons since 2018 as one of our three Area Managers. Prior to working with Leightons, he has held many branch and regional management roles and comes with a wealth of experience from across the industry. In addition to this experience, Matt is also a qualified Dispensing Optician and holds Prince2 Practitioner status.
Outside work, Matt enjoys watching films, eating out and catching up with the latest news from the world of tech and “gadgets”. He also enjoys walking, and has completed three (long!) sponsored walks for various charities.
