Excellent- this is my first experience with varifocals and Jane took lots of time and patience to adjust glasses for comfort and best vision. Both Jane and colleagues took every effort to explain quirks of varifocals and reassure me that i can go back for further adjustments etc i needed. Very happy and would highly recommend
