Having joined the Leightons team in 2013 as an optical assistant obtaining a level two Diploma in optical retailing skills in 2015, Natasha decided to follow her passion and take on the challenge of further education and a career change at the end of last year. She recently passed her exams to become a hearing aid audiologist, embodying Leightons’ ethos of investing in people and patient centered care. Transitioning from optical to hearing, she benefits from the full support of the Leightons team. Her main focus has always been patient centered care, and she has plenty of experience of working with patients to improve their quality of life.
“Training to become a hearing aid audiologist is one of the most challenging yet rewarding things I have undertaken. The incredible support and experience extended from the Leightons Hearing Care team enables me to follow my passion in helping others by improving quality of life through exceptional care and service. With the time, support and resources available, every day is a pleasure. I’m lucky to have the time to listen to my patients’ concerns and questions regarding their hearing, and to have the ability to offer continued support and care to make sure we meet all their needs.”
