An exciting opportunity to join our expanding and dynamic customer services team situated in the heart of Farnham within the position of Customer Service Support.

As Customer Service Support, you will be the first line of contact for our Optical and Hearing customers, taking inbound calls and queries whilst directly approaching customers to discuss their routine appointments whilst promoting and offering the best services we have to offer.

To be suitable for this position, you must have an excellent telephone manner with an ability to converse and consult with a diverse range of audiences. Experience working within an office setting is not essential but a track record in customer services is preferred.
