An exciting opportunity to join our expanding and dynamic customer services team situated in the heart of Farnham within the position of Customer Service Support.

As Customer Service Support, you will be the first line of contact for our Optical and Hearing customers, taking inbound calls and web chat queries whilst directly approaching customers to discuss their routine appointments whilst promoting and offering the best services we have to offer.

Requirements

To be suitable for this position, you must have an excellent telephone manner with an ability to converse and consult with a diverse range of audiences. Strong written communication is also important within this vacancy due to our use of web-chat with patients. Our ideal applicant will have experience within an office setting within a customer services function.
