To provide support and co-ordination for all aspects of The Business Club. This role acts as the ambassador for The Business Club engaging with potential partners and building relationships with existing ones to build a loyal core of engaged users. The position also specifically takes responsibility and ownership for the creation of content for use across all THCP and Leightons platforms.


  • Take responsibility for managing The Business Club community and keeping the Partners engaged
  • Find ways to educate partners in an informative way about the benefits of the TBC portal
  • Ensure all content that is produced is to a high, professional quality and always add further value to the community
  • Continually monitor feedback and engagement of the portal from the community to improve the experience of the user, liaising with departments as necessary to change/create new content
  • Proactively seek out content to engage partners for both the THCP Portal and The Business Club and then manage the process from start to finish
  • Take full ownership of all events ensuring the complete and seamless smooth running from inception to delivery.
  • Provide full budget for all events, proactively seeking creative and different angles for the event
  • Liaising with attendees, speakers and facilitators ensuring clear and full communication at all points
  • Being responsible for all event photography and videos on the day, subsequent editing and content planning
  • Co-ordinate all partner uploading of information into THCP portal
  • Manage all partner interactions for The Business Club as required
  • Assist with any digital maintenance as required for The Business Club
  • Review competitor and the wider landscape for inspiration for The Business Club
  • Assist and manage where required any tracking or reporting
  • Work on cross functional projects as required
  • Managing the stakeholders across the business keeping them informed of all relevant information relating to The Business Club
  • Liaise with and manage external suppliers
  • Proactively offer ideas and solutions
  • As an integral part of the team and business work across any other areas as required and directed
