We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding patient support team.


As a Patient Support Advisor within our Optical side of the business you will be the first line of contact for our patients optical enquiries. This will include not only dealing with inbound calls, but also across web chat and email.


Some of the functions of the Patient Support Advisor - Optical include:

  • Booking appointments for patients across our branch network
  • Advising patients of products and services that may be of interest to them
  • Dealing with queries and concerns in a professional and polite manner
For the first 6 months of this role you will be working with our Patient Support Centre at our Farnham offices, however we do offer flexibility in our working practices and therefore after your initial training period, your work pattern can include periods of working from home.

Requirements

To be suitable for this position, you must have an excellent telephone manner with an ability to converse and consult with a diverse range of audiences. Strong written communication is also important within this vacancy due to our use of web-chat with patients. Our ideal applicant will have experience within an office setting within a customer services function.


Salary

£18,000 per annum base salary (OTE £21-£22,000)
