We are searching for a friendly, vibrant and proactive individual to join our Head Office in Farnham as a Receptionist, acting as the face of Leightons to all staff and visitors.

Leightons is a retail opticians and audiology business, founded in 1928. We are proudly independent, family-owned and family run and believe our people are the key to success and longevity. Leightons have grown to have 34 stores, all special and unique – 24 fully owned, 7 franchised, 2 co-owned and 1 business operating under its own name.
As a Receptionist, you will oversee all reception and administrative duties of Leightons Head Office whilst providing exceptional customer service to all visitors face to face and over the phone. Additional core responsibilities encompass;
Ensure the smooth running of all meetings and training events hosted at our Head Office
Answer the main office telephone, handling all queries accordingly
Manage the hearingcare and optical accessory ordering
Adhoc support to the wider business teams including Company Directors and Professional Services
Am I suitable?
This is an ideal position for someone with a strong administrative background topped with excellent communication skills, searching for a role that they can champion. Ideally, you would have worked in within a receptionist position previously, but this is not essential.
