We've put together the below information to help you solve some of the potential problems you may come across with your hearing aids at home. You may have a supply of hearing aid filters in your hearing aid box.

If this doesn’t solve the problem, and you believe you hearing aid is faulty, please fill out our online hearing aid repair request form. A Leightons audiologist will be in touch shortly to discuss your request.
If you would like to send your hearing aid directly to the manufacturer for repair, please download and complete the relevant paperwork linked below and send it, along with your hearing aid, directly to the manufacturers address as stated on the below also.
We recommend that hearing aids are sent via Special Delivery. They will be returned directly to you, via UPS courier.
