Farreena, our Optical Hearing Assistant at Leightons, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the team. She initially took on a part-time role in optics and quickly discovered a passion for helping patients and delivering top-quality customer care. Her ABDO certification as a Senior Optical Assistant in 2022 reflects her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Joining Leightons was a natural choice for Farreena, as she was drawn to the company’s focus on high-quality customer care, staff support, and its welcoming environment. She enjoys expanding her clinical knowledge with the help of supportive colleagues, and takes pride in being the friendly face that welcomes patients into the practice.
Outside of work, Farreena’s creative side shines through as a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. She also has a keen interest in history and is a Level 2 Antique Valuer, often exploring treasures in antique markets.
