Before joining the team at Leightons Winchester, Frances spent a year volunteering at the British Heart Foundation.
“When I first joined the Winchester team, everyone I met was extremely welcoming, the practice was spotlessly clean and all the customers seemed thrilled with the service they received, so I knew I was in the right place!
Within my role, I always look forward to serving patients and providing them with the highest levels of customer service.
In my spare time, I like to draw, usually from photos that I have taken. I also run a small business, selling greeting cards and prints I have designed.”
