Jolanta Chromiak
Optical and Hearing Assistant
Jolanta is a dedicated Optical Assistant at Leightons, with a background in Psychological and Sociological studies from college. She was drawn to Leightons after experiencing excellent customer service as a patient, which sparked her interest in eye care. Her role allows her to combine this interest with her passion for helping people while learning about different eye conditions, lenses, frame styles, and fitting techniques.
She enjoys assisting customers in finding the right eyewear to suit their vision and style, making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and also supporting those with hearing difficulties. Jolanta values the opportunity to develop her customer service skills and learn from her colleagues, always striving to expand her knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time on creative hobbies like dancing and going to the theatre. She also loves relaxing with family and friends and taking part in charitable activities.
