Louise is an Optical and Hearing Assistant at Leightons. Having previously worked in the industry, she saw the role at Leightons as the perfect opportunity to return to a field she enjoys, and with a company renowned for its excellent reputation.
Customer care is at the heart of everything Louise does. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys keeping fit through bootcamps, yoga, and swimming, as well as walking her beloved dog. She also loves spending time with family and friends, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
