Matt Joined Leightons in June 2018 after spending nearly all his working career in the Financial Services sector. He started his career as a phone agent before becoming a performance coach. He was then fast tracked into management and has managed many successful customer service teams since. Although, this is a completely new industry for Matt, he believes good customer service is the core to any successful business. He firmly believes that we must make the most of every interaction with our customers as every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Customers don't always remember exactly what was said but they do remember how they felt. "Leightons have built their reputation over 90 years and I want to continue it for many years to come by ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. As an outgoing person I love to get out and see the big wide world. Outside of work I am a big football fan and have followed Leeds United for as long as I can remember. I am also keen on fishing and enjoy occasionally going to the gym."
