As an Optical Hearing Assistant, Michelle enjoys building meaningful relationships with our patients, emphasising the human connection that extends beyond the service we offer.
Away from work, she is a devoted mother to her 13-year-old son. Beyond that, Michelle spends her spare time with her beloved cockapoo, filling her days with the joy and companionship of her furry friend.
