Optical Hearing Assistant
Suzanne is an experienced Optical Hearing Assistant with nearly three decades in the field. She began her journey at our Sutton branch in 1995, back when it was still Linwood Strong. Over the years, she has remained dedicated to her role, earning a Level 2 Diploma in Optical Retail Skills in 2018.
Suzanne enjoys helping customers with frame selection and conducting hearing screenings, taking pride in providing a friendly and supportive experience.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and enjoys theatre performances and concerts. She also likes to stay active by attending keep-fit classes, balancing her professional and personal life.
