Refer a Friend full terms and conditions

1)    Refer a friend participants must be aged 18+.

2)    By participating, referrers consent to being contacted for the purposes of administering this promotion.

3)    The referee must be a new patient to Leightons, completing their first eye test or free hearing assessment with us.

a)    A new patient is defined as an individual who has not attended or received services from Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care or The Hearing Care Partnership within the previous 6 years.

4)    The referral must be declared at the patient’s first appointment to a member of Leightons staff, by showing their referral email or referral card.

a)    Retrospective claims may not be accepted, and the decision is at the branch’s discretion.

5)    For a completed eye test, the referee will receive a £50 off glasses or sunglasses discount, for claiming on their first purchase with Leightons.

a)    To redeem the £50 off glasses or sunglasses discount, the pair of glasses or sunglasses purchased must be priced at £150 or more before any discounts are applied.

6)    For a completed free hearing assessment, the referee will receive £250 off hearing aids discount on their first purchase with Leightons.

a)    The £250 off hearing aids discount may be applied to either a pair of hearing aids, or one single hearing aid.

7)    After the referee has completed their appointment, the referrer will be sent an email where they can choose between a reward of £50 off eyewear voucher, or a £25 Love2shop voucher.

a)    To redeem the £50 off eyewear voucher, the eyewear purchased must be priced at £150 or more before any discounts are applied.

b)    Rewards are typically sent by post within 5-10 working days, but this may vary.

c)    Love2shop vouchers are subject to the issuer’s own terms and expiry conditions, and Leightons accepts no responsibility once issued.

8)    £50 off eyewear vouchers, and £50 off glasses or sunglasses discounts, cannot be redeemed against the following eyewear:

a)    Meta glasses or sunglasses.

9)    The use of the vouchers in conjunction with any other offers will be at the branch’s discretion.

10)    £50 off eyewear vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue.

11)    No cash alternative or change will be given.

12)    Vouchers can be used at any Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care branch.

13)    There are no limits on the number of successful referrals a participant can make, subject to fair use.

a)    Leightons reserves the right to withhold rewards where referral activity is deemed fraudulent, abusive, or not in the spirit of the promotion.

14)    Only one £50 off eyewear voucher can be used per transaction.

15)    In the event of a refund, the voucher amount will not be refunded.

16)    Employees of Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care, and The Hearing Care Partnership, are not eligible to participate.

17)    All aspects of the promotion are subject to branch verification and discretion.

18)    Leightons reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
