MyLeightons Terms & Conditions

The MyLeightons Care Plan ("the plan") is a membership scheme designed to provide exclusive benefits on eye care, hearing care, and related products at Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care. By enrolling in the plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The plan is available to all patients irrespective of age. However, payment for membership must be made via Direct Debit and therefore the payee must be over the age of 16 or be able to set up a Direct Debit from their bank account.
The plan requires a minimum commitment of either 12 months from the start date, AND 6 months after a qualifying purchase (e.g. glasses, hearing aids or contact lenses).
After the minimum term, members or primary members can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
If a member or a primary member cancel before completing the minimum term, they must pay the remaining balance for the full term, OR repay the total discounts received under the plan - whichever is lower.
The MyLeightons Family Care Plan covers two adults, plus any children under 19 living at the same address only.
