Most hearing aids make a trade-off between making speech clearer and keeping sound comfortable. Omega AI+ runs on Starkey's new G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor, which has artificial intelligence built into the chip itself, to manage both at once. It works quickly and quietly in the background, so you can simply enjoy the conversation.

DNN Dual Compressor

An industry first from Starkey. It uses AI to adjust how quickly amplification responds to sound, making quieter speech easier to hear while staying comfortable and natural.

Always-on Edge Mode

Edge Mode, Starkey's boost for busy places, can now be switched on all day. Once your audiologist sets it up, there's nothing to remember.

DNN 360 in custom styles

The AI that steers your hearing towards voices, and widens it when you're on the move, now comes in custom-made styles that sit inside your ear.

Starkey states that the rechargeable styles are waterproof up to one metre, so rain or a splash at the sink won't be a problem. We'd still recommend taking them out for swimming, showering and bathing.

Compatible wireless styles can stream calls and music from supported devices. TV listening requires a compatible accessory or broadcast source. Your audiologist can check your phone, television and chosen hearing aid model before you buy. They also support Auracast, a new way to listen to broadcast audio in places like theatres and airports.
