Children’s Eye Tests are free with the NHS. We keep visits friendly and reassuring while checking vision and eye health, so problems are picked up early. Book regular tests from preschool onwards to support learning, confidence and healthy development.

A contact lens appointment focuses on fit, comfort and eye health. New to lenses? We teach safe wear and care after fitting. Already wearing? We review your vision and refine the fit, with planned follow-ups to keep everything clear and comfortable.

Myopia management helps slow the progression of short-sightedness in children. After a full Eye Test, we’ll recommend tailored options, such as specialist lens solutions, track progress to help protect their vision as they grow with Leightons.

Our Dry Eye Assessment looks at your symptoms, tear quality and eyelid health using targeted tests. We identify the type and severity of dry eye and develop a personalised management plan to significantly improve the clinical signs of the conditions.
