I should like to say how fortunate you are to have Bobbie in your team. In all my experience, I have not often met someone with such professionalism, yet sensitivity and compassion. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and in no way attempted to coerce me into buying a product, but left me feeling very excited and keen to pursue a purchase
