As a contact lens wearer, it can be inconvenient to visit your optician just to purchase a new box of lenses. At Leightons, we offer MyLeightons Care Plan patients who wear contact lenses a simple, hassle-free option to have their lenses delivered directly to their home or work address.
What is Leightons' Contact Lens Subscription?
Our contact lens subscription is part of our comprehensive Contact Lens Care Plan, which is included with our MyLeightons Care Plan. This plan goes beyond simply delivering lenses – it’s designed to give you complete support for your eye health.
For a simple monthly fee, the Contact Lens Care Plan covers all your professional fees, arranges regular delivery of your contact lenses to your preferred address, supplies any necessary lens solutions, and provides all the benefits of MyLeightons Care Plan.
The plan is managed through our Leightons Ordering Hub portal, where you can track upcoming deliveries, update delivery details, and view your payment schedule.

How our Contact Lens Subscription works?
The MyLeightons Care Plan with Contact Lenses is available for most patients wearing daily, fortnightly, or monthly disposable lenses. As a member, you have full control over the quantity and frequency of your deliveries, with options for quarterly or half-yearly deliveries in any quantity of complete boxes.

Existing MyLeightons Care Plan Customers
If you are an existing MyLeightons Care Plan with Contact Lenses member, you should have received your login details for the Leightons Ordering Hub portal when you joined. If you haven't received them, you can request a password reset on the portal, and a new one will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can contact our Patient Support team on 0800 40 20 20, and they will be happy to assist you.
New Customers
If you are new to Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care or would like to try contact lenses for the first time, please book an appointment online or call 0800 40 20 20 to arrange an Initial Contact Lens Consultation. Our skilled team will conduct a thorough examination of your vision and eyes and guide you through all the available options.
Existing Customers Without MyLeightons
If you are an existing contact lens wearer and are not on a MyLeightons Plan but wish to receive your lenses routinely, please speak to your local branch, and they will be happy to assist in setting this up for you. Alternatively, if you are a contact lens wearer and wish to order lenses as and when needed, please fill in the form below, and one of our team will set you up with access to the Portal, allowing you to order lenses 24/7.

If you wish to cancel your MyLeightons Care Plan with Contact Lenses, the easiest way is to speak to one of our colleagues at your local branch. They will ensure the plan is cancelled, and if you have any credit on your account, they will assist with returning it to you.
Signing up for the MyLeightons Care Plan with Contact Lenses gives you the best value for money. You’ll receive at least a 20% discount off regular prices, along with exceptional clinical care – all included in one simple monthly fee.
Payments for your MyLeightons Care Plan with Contact Lenses are made via Direct Debit. We offer two convenient payment dates: either the 1st or 15th of the month.
