Your role as an Optical and Hearing Assistant
A key role
As highlighted earlier, your close collaboration will primarily be with our optometrists. Your responsibilities include overseeing pre-screening assessments and conducting retinal imaging exams, crucial components of The Ultimate Eye Examination that ensures optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, as the first point of contact for our customers entering the store, you play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their visit.
