We're open during lockdown

During lockdown, we're open by appointment only with the safety of you and our staff as our top priority. Looking after your vision and hearing to keep you connected has never been more important, and current restrictions don't mean you have to wait. As an essential healthcare service, we are here for you, so we are open and looking forward to supporting you with all your vision and hearing care needs. Please click here to book.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not visit any Leightons practice until you have made an appointment. You will not be able to enter the practice without an appointment. By requesting an appointment, you agree to comply with all safety measures in place in the practice. These measures are in place to protect the wellbeing of our staff and our patients.

We would like to assure you that although we are working differently, we are here to provide safe ongoing enhanced care for our hearing and optical patients, with a professional, friendly approach. As we continue to welcome you into practice, our CEO, Ryan Leighton, explains how we are putting your safety first:

Why have you received an appointment reminder during lockdown?

Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care is a primary care provider, and our practices are therefore remaining open by appointment only under government guidance. Optician and audiology services are classed as medical appointments, meaning you may leave home to attend under the current lockdown restrictions.

Routine care is crucial in maintaining the health of your eyes and hearing; the earlier any potential problems are identified, the easier they are to address, which is why we are continuing to fulfil our clinical obligations by inviting our patients for their appointments. We are also able to offer remote care where appropriate, in instances where you require care but cannot or are unable to travel.

What to expect when you visit us in practice

We are here for you and, as always, will ensure the very highest standards of service and care.
