As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Karen has worked across the full breadth of HR activities and in a number of different industries, including finance, estate agency, higher education and cruise. In addition to holding senior HR business partnering and director roles, she has also led on diversity and inclusion, and is passionate about ensuring all our people feel like they belong and enabling everyone to thrive.

Outside of work, you'll find Karen busy with her three children and also enjoying cycling and walking in the local countryside.
