She was attracted by the promising career opportunities and clear pathways for progression within the organisation. As Branch Manager & Dispensing Optician, she enjoys being an integral part of a cohesive team, and continually learning and growing both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Sudha has a variety of hobbies and interests, including outdoor activities such as hiking, bike riding, seeking adventures and relaxing, particularly near water. She also practices martial arts and loves music and film.
